保罗·索鲁（ Paul Theroux, 1941— ）美国知名旅行作家、小说家。1963年大学毕业后，到非洲马拉维、乌干达做老师。1968 年，在新加坡大学任教。1970年代初，和家人移居英国。现定居美国，并仍四处旅行。保罗·索鲁著作颇丰，火车旅行文学更是久负盛名，曾荣获英国惠特布雷德文学奖、托马斯·库克旅行文学奖。代表作有《火车大巴扎》《老巴塔哥尼亚快车》《英国环岛之旅》等。
