罗伯特·麦卡特（Robert McCarter），美国建筑师，自2007年起担任圣路易斯华盛顿大学建筑学院露丝和诺曼·穆尔教席教授。此前曾任教于佛罗里达大学和哥伦比亚大学等高校，并于1991年至2001年担任佛罗里达大学建筑学院院长。他在国际范围内发表了大量论文，出版的主要专著包括：《路易斯·康》（2005年）、《弗兰克·劳埃德·赖特》（1997年）和《流水别墅》（1994年）等。
