哈萨克斯坦与中国互利共赢，共建丝绸之路经济带。
内容简介
哈萨克斯坦是中国重要邻国，处于丝绸之路经济带核心区域，在共建丝绸之路经济带中可以发挥重要作用。而中国在哈萨克斯坦对外政策中也处于重要和优先位置，是哈重要合作伙伴。共建“丝绸之路经济带”倡议和“光明大道”新经济政策是中哈两国领导人为适应国际政治经济发展新形势结合本国发展国情和特点提出的国家发展战略，两国在两者战略对接上已经形成高度共识。通过分析哈萨克斯坦“光明大道”新经济政策以及相关发展战略，可以看到中哈两国的对外政策、发展目标及实施战略存在高度契合，可以全方位进行合作，实现互利共赢。同时，我们也要认识到由于各种因素的影响，中哈两国合作和战略对接不会一帆风顺，需要克服很多困难。
