内容简介
本书共13篇文章，全书中英文对照，约40万字，本期的篇幅较上年有所增加，主题也非常鲜明，主要以2013年6月在新疆喀什召开的喀什论坛的论文为基础，喀什论坛旨在解决喀什在发展过程中遇到的问题，吸取全国其他经济特区发展的经验和教训，力争成为中国与中亚交流的一个桥头堡。
本期以与会专家的论文为主体，探讨了中国经济特区，主要是喀什特区的发展及与中国其他经济特区的互动。作者都是来自世界各地大专院校、研究院所的专家、学者。其中既有深圳大学、中山大学、南京大学等的学者，也有来自印度的专家，并就印度设立经济特区的问题进行了集中和细致的梳理和探讨。
作者简介
编者袁易明，男，1963年生，经济学博士，教授、博士生导师。深圳大学中国经济特区研究中心副主任，《中国经济特区研究》主编，深圳市产业经济研究会会长，曾聘任世界银行地区研究顾问，博士学位授权学科——政治经济学产业组织理论与政策方向带头人，深圳市政府软科学专家委员会专家。长期致力于经济增长、产业结构理论与政策研究。
