本刊由余太山、李锦绣主编，每辑汇集了内陆欧亚欧亚考古、历史、文化、文献研究的最新成果。
本辑如公元前一千年前后中亚民族的迁徒——萨恩伊与维加里克墓地分期研究、哈萨克草原青铜时代文化——比加泽—丹迪拜文化：兼论新疆博尔塔拉蒙古自治州阿敦乔鲁墓葬的文化性质、《〈元史〉卷三〈宗纪〉笺证》《圣乔治受难记》与《吉思咒》，等等。
作者简介
编者余太山，中国社会科学院研究生院历史系毕业。此后任职历史所，1993年起为研究员，曾任中外关系史研究室主任。专治古代中亚史、中外关系史。中国社会科学院荣誉学部委员。
