Analyzing Behaviors Which Influence Pork Safety and Quality and Their Critical Factors

Abstract：The behaviors of pig farmers have a direct impact on the safety and quality of pork.In this paper，we analyzed the pork safety andquality related behaviors of pig farmers.Using a multivariate probit model，we identified the critical factors of these behaviors.The resultsdemonstrated that the years of farming experience had a significantly negative effect on farmers' safety related behaviors.However，the effect offarming experience on quality related behaviors was not significant.The influences from the scale of farming and specialization were complex，andthe different knowledge of pig farmers affected their safety or quality related behaviors accordingly.Therefore，relevant government departmentsshould avoid blindly expanding the farming scale，and educating farmers may be an effective way to improve management performance.

Environmental Risk Identification of Small-holders Inappropriate Treatment to Pig Manure Basing on Fuzzy DEMATEL and ProjectionPursuit

Abstract：To identify the environmental risk including air，water and soil pollution risk of small holders inappropriate treatment to pigsmanure，after the construction of index system by Analytic Hierarchy Process（AHP），the paper took the method of fuzzy DEMATEL andProjection Pursuit of the same 11 experts and experiments were conducted respectively in January，2016（ten months after“Water Ten Chapters”promulgation）and February，2017（nine months after“Soil Ten Chapters”promulgation）.The results showed that the weight of air pollutionrisk，water pollution risk，soil pollution risk in two judgments were 0.2424，0.3646，0.3930 and 0.2377，0.4485，0.3138.Experts reached theconsensus that air pollution risk took up the smallest weight.But they had different opinions about water pollution risk weight and soil pollution riskweight due to the instant policy effect of“Water Ten Chapters”and“Soil Ten Chapters”.Several suggestions were given based on the results.
