是《中国邮轮产业发展报告（2017）》中文版相同内容的英文版。是上海国际邮轮经济研究中心组织专家，根据国内邮轮产业发展最新状况进行编写的年度研究报告，是社会科学文献出版社“皮书系列”的重要组成部分。本书首先通过总报告形式概览2017年我国邮轮产业发展新环境、新发展、新常态与新阶段，通过十大热点，了解邮轮发展动态，新增三篇年度特稿，了解中国邮轮产业十年得失，特别提出供给侧结构性改革下本土邮轮旅游开发新亮点，下领产业篇、政策篇，呈现邮轮区域发展、邮轮产业结构全貌，对我国邮轮产业发展过程中凸显的问题予以探讨，并对其未来发展提出相应的政策建议。
