内容简介
本册分为三部分，分别对应GESE考试预备段的三个级 别，覆盖考纲的全部考点。
本书内容丰富、贴近生活，根据GESE考试1至3级 的基本要求，通过大量有趣的插图及生动的情景对话 ，寓教于乐，激发学生对英语的学习兴趣。配有外教 录音，供学生模仿自学时使用。每级各分为约十章， 每章讲述一个主题，每个主题大致分为以下几个板块 ： 看与说（Look and Say）：用看图说话的形式， 鼓励同学们根据图画和关键词，充分发挥想象力，运 用自己掌握的词汇详尽地描述图片。
听与读（Listen and Read）：每段对话都配有 美籍外教录音，同学们可模仿外教发音并反复播放跟 读。熟悉标准的语音语调后，可以独立或分组大声朗 读或背诵，以加深记忆。
结对练习（Work in Pairs）：用小对话的形式 扩展与主题紧密相关的词汇和表达法。分组练习的方 式可增强学习的交互性，激发学生的学习兴趣。
课后习题（Exercise）：每课都设有课后练习， 题目重点突出，帮助学生及时复习巩固。书后的附录 部分配有详细的参考答案。
作者简介
杨韩，北京新东方学校听力口语部知名教师。从事三一口语教学工作多年，对考纲研究透彻，见解独到。曾辅导众多考生顺利通过各级考试。杨韩老师于2006年毕业于香港中文大学，获工商管理学士及商法硕士学位。曾赴加州大学柏克莱分校、牛津大学、新加坡国立大学及德国曼海姆大学进行学术交流。
