中国居民社会信任度调查报告

摘要：信任是社会团结的润滑剂。建构与中国社会主义市场经济相契合的现代社会信任体系，对于社会的稳定和良性运行具有重要的战略意义。上海交通大学社会调查中心采用电话调查的方法，在我国36个城市开展了居民社会信任情况调查，主要调查结果如下：在职业群体被信任度方面，农民工、教师的被信任度最高，政府官员和企业家被信任度最低。在熟人社会被信任度方面，熟人社会圈群体被信任度从高到低依次为：家人、亲戚、朋友、同学、同事、单位领导和邻居。在信息来源被信任度方面，居民对媒体报道、官方声明的信息信任程度较高。在媒体信任方面，超过半数受访者最信任电视新闻报道，另外为新闻网站和报纸新闻；超过半数受访居民更信任中央新闻媒体。居民对网络媒体中的腾讯网的信任度评价最高，央视网次之。在政府信任方面，居民对政府的信任度整体较高，对中央政府的信任度显著高于地方政府和司法机构。

Survey Report on Social Trust of Chinese Residents

Abstract: Trust is the lubricant for social solidarity and constructing a modern social trust system that compatible with the Chinese marketingeconomy is of great importance for maintaining social harmony. The Social Survey Center of Shanghai Jiaotong University conducted a telephonesurvey of residents' social trust in 36 cities of China. From the perspective of occupation, rural migrant workers and teachers were the mosttrustworthy groups, while government officials and entrepreneurs were the least trustworthy groups. Among acquaintances, the rank oftrustworthiness were family members, relatives, friends, classmates, colleagues, leaders, and neighbors. From the perspective of informationsources, most people chose to trust media reports and official declaration. From the perspective of news media, more than half of the respondentsmore trusted television news reports, followed by news reported by news sites and newspapers news; more than half of the interviewed residentsmore trusted in the central press. Residents most trusted qq.com, followed by cctv.com among internet media. From the perspective of governmentdepartments, the trust degree of residents was relatively high as a whole. Residents more trusted in central governments than local governmentsand judicial organs.
