内容简介

本书是美国著名女诗人艾米莉·狄金森的诗歌选集，亦是复旦大学文学翻译研究中心和美国狄金森国际学会（Emily Dickinson International Society）联合发起的“狄金森合作翻译项目”的项目成果，包含了狄金森双语诗作数十首。编者选择了狄金森最有代表性的作品，结构上分为四辑。

执笔者多为由国内外著名诗人、权威译者、狄金森研究学者，如杨炼、王家新等，译文经过严谨的推敲，准确且具有一定的韵味。

作者简介

作者艾米莉·狄金森，十九世纪美国女诗人。继青少年时代在阿默斯特学院和一个神学院学习之后，从二十几岁开始弃绝社交，闭门不出。她一生留下诗作一千八百余首，以及大量的私人信件。

这些诗歌在她生前只发表过十多首，其余的都在她死后才出版并为世人所知。作品的广泛传播奠定了狄金森在美国诗坛不可动摇的地位，她被视为二十世纪现代诗歌的先驱之一，在美国诗人中与惠特曼齐名。
