作者简介
作者何珊，北京人。毕业于清华大学，获电气工程本科学位、硕士学位及中国人民银行金融研究所金融学博士学位。
曾工作于国家开发银行总行、国家发展与改革委，现任东方电子支付有限公司董事。中国第六届管理科学奖“英才奖”获得者，北京市第十一届青联委员，2019年海淀区“三八”红旗手。聚焦“一带一路”支付建设及中国至全球的数字化贸易网络建设及中国至全球的数字化贸易网络建设。
