The Application of Manchu, Mongolian and Chinese Archives in the study of Mongolian History in the first half of the 17th Century

Abstraction: This paper gives a systematic introduction to the research on Mongolian History in the first half of the 17th Century carried out byMongolian Research team of Inner Mongolia University using Manchu,Mongolian and Chinese archives.The article focuses on the following majorareas: the study on the historical data of Mongolia in the early Qing Dynasty, the study on the relationship between Nu Zhen/Manchuria andMongolia during the period of Ai Xin State, the study on the relationship between Ai Xin State and Chahar , and the study on the relationshipbetween Oukhar and Aixinguo/Qing Dynasty.This paper summarizes in detail the process and achievements of the research on historical materialsand the relationship between Manchuria and Mongolia, which were carried out from the 1990s to the present day.In particular, the articleintroduces the methods and experience gained from the study of Mongolia's history in the early Qing Dynasty by how to combine the original files,the private documents as well as multilingual original file datas of Qing Dynasty.

On the evolution of the customary law of the minority regime in sixteen countries

Abstract: in the process of sinicization of huzu in the north, the transformation from the customary law of ethnic minorities to the enactmentlaw of the central plains is an important part of its sinicization.The changes in customary law of different ethnic groups have their owncharacteristics due to their different internal migration times, degrees of sinicization and customs.The degree of the sinicization of various nationalregimes and the length of internal migration are important factors influencing the evolution of customary law.In addition, the attitude of the centralplains dynasty towards ethnic minorities also affected the reform of the customary law of ethnic minorities to a certain extent.
